What are your digital file requirements?
- All image files should be created at a minimum of 300 dpi and
equal to or greater than 100% of the image size.
- Logos should be saved as an EPS file.
- All vector artwork should be supplied in spot color.
- We accept .pdf, .ai, .eps, .tif, .psd.
What's your turnaround time?
Custom Printing:
Quantities up to 10,000;
8 business days following proof approval
Quantities over 10,000; 10-12
business days following proof approval
Blank or in stock products are typically shipped in 1-2 business days
Do you accept credit cards
Yes, we accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
Do you offer storage?
Yes, we offer free storage on most products when the order quantity exceeds 50,000.
Can you quote the job on recycled paper?
Yes, we support the "going green" philosophy. We can quote many of our printed products using recycled papers.
Can you send samples for testing?
Yes, in some cases we have samples available for testing. Call us at 1-800-826-1988 for details.
Will I see a proof before you print?
Yes, we send a proof for customer approval prior to printing the initial order. Proofs are not required for reorders unless there is a copy change.
Can you match the color on our website?
We require the PMS (Pantone Matching System) ink name or number for each spot color ink in the product to be printed. Due to variations in computer
monitors it is impossible to guarantee an exact match, however, we will do our best to find a PMS ink that is as close as possible. Call us at 1-800-826-1988 for details.
How can I eliminate paper jams and curls?
Paper jams in laser printers and curling prior to or after laser printing can be caused by a variety of factors. Two guidelines to follow are:
- Store your laser forms in a controlled environment whenever possible
(45-55% relative humidity is ideal)
- Store your forms in the same room as your laser printer at least 24 hours before printing.
